We would meet (or e-meet) and discuss what you want from the poem;

the poem can cover any topic or event, trivial or serious: you might want to travel to the moon but never leave the Earth; you might want to commemorate a birthday, a wedding or the passing of a someone dear. You might want to declare your love for a special person. Whatever it is, I would love to hear your stories and ideas and devise the right poem for you!

You may want to be a large part of the process or not. You may want to suggest ideas, write sections yourself or offer feedback on a draft. Or you may want to relax and wait for your bespoke poem!

The poem would be:

• between 20 - 40 lines long

• written following a consultation in person (1 hour or so) or across email correspondence (4-5 emails) 

• open to a re-edits following your feedback 

• presented as a physical copy, handwritten and hand illustrated on quality paper

• available as an electronic copy (PDF)
