I Will Cure You: Find Quest Walk

I Will Cure You: Find Quest Walk is the outcome of Stoneleigh Arms Arts Space's ACE-funded Grounding Project. The result: the last works of writer, Theordore Ashcroft. A booklet comprising his poetry and artworks, and an exhibition presenting how Theodore’s personal quarters may have looked before his disappearance into rural Warwickshire.

Working with two participants from Emmaus Coventry & Warwickshire, Lee Mackenzie and Tom Godwin led workshops directed towards photography, mapping and phytograms. Through these sessions, they explored place and place-making, and enjoyed experimenting with materials. All the work for the exhibition was created communally following photo walks, and collage and painting workshops. The concept was the work of Alan and Brendon.
